At Kaitlyn's Kuddles Pet Services, we make this possible through daily visits to your home, offering personalized, loving care tailored to your pet’s needs.

Kaitlyn's Kuddles Pet Services works as a team to cover all pet care visits. We ensure you’ll be covered by team members who are familiar with your pet and that your pet will be familiar with every team member that enters your home. Working with multiple experienced caretakers allows us to provide flexible, personalized care to every pet.
Yes, we are fully insured through Pet Sitter Associates. This is to provide added protection for you, your pet, and your home. A copy of our certificate is available for review upon request.
Booking with us is easy! You can visit the New Clients page and fill out the booking form, call us at 919-804-8944 , or send us an email at info@kaitlynskuddles.com . We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability.
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know about cancellations as soon as possible to avoid cancellation penalties. Daily Dog Walks: To ensure smooth scheduling, clients are required to inform me of any weekly walk cancellations by Sunday. There will be no charge for cancellations made by this time. If you fail to notify me by Sunday and need to cancel later in the week, a 50% charge for the walk will apply. Pet Sitting/ Drop in Visits & Overnight House Sitting:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled pet sitting visit will result in a full refund of any deposit paid in the form of a credit
Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 3 days prior to the scheduled visit will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled visit fee. (The 50% deposit paid will not be refunded.)
Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the scheduled visit will result in no refund of the deposit, and the Owner(s) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled visit.
Holiday Periods
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled start of the overnight or pet sitting visit will result in a full refund of any deposit paid in the form of a credit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the scheduled start of the overnight visit will result in no refund of the deposit, and the Owner(s) will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.
The following dates are considered Holiday Periods:
New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Eve/Day
Yes, we happily provide pet care services on all major holidays. The following dates are considered Holiday Periods:
New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
A $10 holiday fee will be added to each service scheduled on these dates. This helps us fairly compensate our team for working during peak times.

We accept payments through our online booking. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. 50% of the booking is due at the time of booking. The remaining half is due before the start of the first visit.
Absolutely! Our pet sitters are trained animal lovers with extensive experience in caring for pets. They undergo background checks and are trained and certified in pet behavior, first aid, and emergency procedures.
Yes, we do administer medication at no charge. We can administer both oral medication and injections, like insulin. Be sure to include all relevant medical information when building your online profile, so we can provide the most complete care for your pet.
Definitely! We provide regular updates via the Time To Pet app, including visit reports and photos, to keep you informed about your pet's activities and well-being.
The number of visits depends on your pet's needs and routine. For Vacation Pet Sitting clients, we generally recommend 3 visits per day for dogs and 1 visit for cats and other small animals. During the initial consultation, we'll discuss the best schedule for your pet.
During a normal overnight stay, we will guarantee 9pm-8am with your pets along with a drop-in visit mid-day. Mid-day visits are 30 minutes.
During the initial consultation, we'll arrange for key pick-up and drop-off. If available, we will use digital door codes or secure lock boxes to access your pets while you are away. Keys are securely labeled and stored, ensuring your pet's safety and your peace of mind.
