We ensure you’ll be covered by team members who are familiar with your pet and that your pet will be familiar with every team member that enters your home. Working with multiple experienced caretakers allows us to provide flexible, personalized care to every pet.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded through Pet Sitter Associates. This is to provide added protection for you, your pet, and your home. A copy of our certificate is available for review upon request.

Our sitters are employees of Kaitlyn's Kuddles Pet Services, not independent contractors. Every team member is background-checked, thoroughly trained, and supported by management. We cover pet first aid, home security, and client communication so your pets (and your home) are always in good hands.

We use secure lockboxes to ensure safe, consistent access to your home. Clients provide two keys—one for the lockbox and one kept securely on file for emergencies. This system helps us respond quickly while maintaining the highest level of security and professionalism.
