Our professional pet care team will visit your home according to your scheduled check-in and make sure everything looks as it should. We can check doors and windows, look for signs of leaks or other issues, bring in mail and packages, adjust lights or blinds, water plants, take out trash, and complete other simple home care tasks requested in advance.
Each visit is completed with care and attention to detail, and you’ll receive photos and a detailed visit report so you can stay informed even when you’re miles away.

Bringing in mail and packages
Collect mail and packages from the designated delivery area. Place them in the requested spot inside the home.
Rotating Lights and blinds as requested
Adjust lights and blinds according to your instructions. This helps the home appear occupied while you’re away.
Watering Plants
Water indoor or outdoor plants according to your instructions. Follow any plant-specific amounts or schedules you provide.
Taking out trash and reycling
Move bins to the designated collection area when needed. Bring them back in after pickup if requested.
Checking for obvious leaks, damage or unusual issues
Look for visible signs of water leaks, damage, or other unexpected problems. Report anything that may need attention.
Photos and visit report after check

Yes. Kaitlyn's Kuddles Pet Services is fully bonded and insured. Every team member is a W-2 employee covered under our business policy, not an independent contractor working without coverage. If something unexpected happens during a visit, you are protected.
We do a full interior walkthrough checking for leaks, unusual odors, HVAC issues, and anything out of the ordinary. We verify all entry points are secure, collect mail and packages, rotate lights and blinds, and document everything with photos.
What happens if you find a problem?
We contact you immediately, same day, same visit. We'll describe what we found, send photos, and help coordinate next steps if needed. We have your emergency contacts and preferred vendors on file.
Do you water plants or handle other household tasks?
Yes. Plant watering, fridge checks, taking out trash, and other light household tasks can be added to your check plan. We'll go over your specific needs during the consultation.
