This role involves walking dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness during each outing. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to pet owners while maintaining a professional demeanor.​

This position is great for:

  • Local college students, retirees, stay-at-home parents, Uber & Lyft drivers, bus drivers, dog trainers, and freelancers

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Walking dogs, feeding pets, cleaning litter boxes

  • Administering medication & monitoring wellness

  • Writing visit updates & sharing photos

  • Light home tasks (mail, plants, etc.)

  • Driving to client homes

Requirements:

  • 18+, NC resident, background check

  • Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle

  • Available weekdays and weekends

  • Able to lift 40–50 lbs, walk briskly for 30 min

  • Comfortable with pets of all sizes & temperaments

  • Smartphone with reliable data plan

​

Not a Fit If:

  • You need fixed hours

  • Dislike outdoor work in all weather

  • Uncomfortable driving between appointments
